Nextdoor is the most well known application that serves the same purpose. However, our application will be more flexible. Users can set their city and range, and go anywhere they like. They will not be locked in! An event that is 50kms from them will show up in their feed.
This also makes it easy to use when traveling.
There are towns, areas, and neighborhoods with their own Facebook Group, but posts in those groups are only shown to other members of that same group.
People who have settled down somewhere and are already interested in knowing what's happening around them.
